Day-by-Day Safari Itinerary
Arrival, Resort Check-in & Afternoon Tiger Safari
Arrive at Tadoba National Park from Nagpur (approx. 140 km / 3 hours drive). Check into your pre-booked jungle resort and refresh with a welcome drink. Savor a hearty buffet lunch in the restaurant. At 2:00 PM, meet your safari driver and forest guide at the gate. Embark on an exciting 3-hour open 4x4 Gypsy safari into Tadoba's dense teak forests. Search for Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, wild dogs (dholes), and spotted deer around waterholes. Return to the resort by sunset (6:00 PM). Enjoy evening high tea followed by a bonfire and dinner under the starlit sky.
Morning Nature Walk, Breakfast & Departure
Wake up to the melodious chirping of over 195 native forest bird species. Enjoy an optional guided nature walk along the resort periphery or take a dip in the swimming pool. Relish a lavish breakfast buffet. After breakfast, complete check-out formalities by 11:00 AM and depart for Nagpur railway station or Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport with indelible wildlife memories.

Essential Safari Guidelines & Policies
- Mandatory Photo ID: Carry the exact original photo identity card (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID) used during permit booking. Discrepancies lead to immediate entry cancellation by forest officers.
- Safari Gate Allocation: Permits are issued on a real-time availability basis across Moharli, Kolara, Navegaon, Agarzari, and Junona gates. Your resort location will be aligned with your gate.
- Clothing & Decorum: Wear camouflage or muted earthy colors (olive green, beige, khaki, brown). Avoid bright hues and strong perfumes. Maintain absolute silence during tiger sightings.
- Cancellation Policy: Safari permits are non-refundable and non-transferable as per Maharashtra Forest Department rules. Resort cancellation is subject to hotel terms.
