Navegaon Gate in Tadoba National Park

The northeastern core gate characterized by dense teak canopies, rich biodiversity, leopards, sloth bears, and tranquil forest tracks.

About Navegaon Safari Gate

Navegaon Gate is located on the northeastern fringe of Tadoba National Park, approximately 140 km from Nagpur. Unlike the busier Moharli and Kolara sectors, Navegaon offers pristine, unhurried wilderness characterized by towering teak woodlands and seasonal streams.

It provides crucial connectivity between Tadoba’s core wilderness and the surrounding contiguous forest corridors. Sighting records at Navegaon are particularly celebrated for Indian Leopards, Sloth Bears, Gaur (Indian Bison), and thriving tiger families that inhabit the dense interior canopies.
