Anand Mahindra shares clip of tiger family at Tadoba National Park

By JAGAT

News Update: Industrialist Anand Mahindra has shared a breath-taking video of a tiger and its five cubs seen in a Tadoba National Park. While the sighting of the majestic animals impressed him, Mahindra has expressed disappointment over the behaviour of the tourists present during the event. The video posted by Mahindra on X shows a tigress walking along the forest paths with her cubs. But, in the background, the conversation and noise of tourists sitting in safari jeeps can be heard, which is a violation of etiquette in national parks.

Captioning the video, Mahindra wrote: "Stunning. Five cubs with their mother at Tadoba National Park. This is a once in a lifetime sight for these visitors. (I haven't been on a safari in a while, but the last time I went, we were asked to be as quiet as possible. Why so much chatter??)."

The video went viral and many users agreed with Mahindra's sentiment. National parks have clear guidelines that urge visitors to remain quiet, especially when animals are visible. Noise can disturb wildlife, alter their natural behaviour and even pose a safety risk to both animals and humans.

Anand Mahindra's post is a reminder of the responsibility that comes with such privileges. Respecting the environment and following park rules not only ensures the safety of wildlife but also enhances the experience for all visitors.
